Pizza Hut is focused on a mindset shift toward Instigating Joy at every one of the brand’s touchpoints while driving our mission to connect people through the joy of pizza via team member and consumer experiences.

The brand has outlined a multi-roadmap approach to addressing performance opportunities, focusing on sales and brand consistency over time and emphasizing the importance of distinctive brand elements in a currently fragmented marketplace — we have an opportunity to evolve perception, reinvent category norms, and create momentum through occasions and behaviors. This involves creating a cohesive brand identity through the “get famous, get worth it, get easy” framework, and focusing on both core and growth categories to regain leadership and expand market presence, while delivering holistic value, not just low prices, to become more highly considered. In regard to Pizza Hut’s brand identity, we must increase unaided awareness, relevance, and global brand strength through the “Feed Good Times” call to action and a vibrant visual identity that positions the brand as energetic, friendly, confident, and playful. The Global Brand Book is available, and markets can begin exploring and inquiring about utilizing the assets, launch timelines, and the RMF-specific approach to the new positioning, which will become available in October 2025. This is an encouraging opportunity to leverage this new positioning as a resource to enable consistency across the business.

Pizza Hut Crafted Flatzz Launch
Through the Get Worth It, Get Famous and Get Easy framework, Pizza Hut has developed the Crafted Flatzz initiative, aiming to enhance Pizza Hut’s product offerings with a focus on flavorful, crafted pizzas at an affordable price point. The product features stretched PPP or handcrafted dough, abundantly topped with a touch of trend-forward flavors. The initiative targets satisfaction at a $5 price point, appealing to both QSR and existing Pizza Hut customers. The objective is to drive frequency and change the perception that Pizza Hut doesn’t offer compelling, everyday value. Crafted Flatzz features a lighter crafted crust, generous toppings, flavor variety, and a competitive price point. Recipes include global standards and the ability to localize offerings to appeal to local consumer appetites. There will be a global toolkit provided, including product and pricing guidance, training, and turnkey marketing. The creative inventory includes buzzy brand activation ideas, omni-channel assets, organic social concepts, packaging, email, and CRM. All aimed to be delivered by August 4th and earlier, depending on the asset.

Pizza Hut Recap: 2025 LA&C Ops, Capability and Supply College & Championship in El Salvador
Pizza Hut recently concluded the LA&C 2025 Operations, Capability & Supply College and Championship, where they focused on Delivering Winning Experiences — Powered by Connection, Fueled by People & Data, and Driven by Excellence.

During the event, they had two main themes: On the first day, they laid the foundation for Empowering Teams and Elevating Experiences. On the second day, they harnessed the Power of Insights, united by Culture, and focused on Winning with Action. We were all honored to have Francisco Rovira from Premium Brands as our special guest speaker. Francisco explored the Power of Culture by engaging teams to elevate experiences and drive growth.

The grand finale was the Pizza Hut Championship Regional Finals, where top restaurant teams competed for the prestigious LA&C Pizza Hut Champion title. It was an exciting and inspiring conclusion to the event, and we all congratulate HONDURAS as the region’s champion. Grateful to everyone who participated and contributed to making the event a success. We all look forward to continuing to connect, learn, and celebrate excellence together.
