•  Regular Members. Regular Membership in the Association is open to persons franchised by YUM! RESTAURANTS INTERNATIONAL, INC. ("YRI") or its affiliates to operate one or more Kentucky Fried Chicken, Long John Silver's, A&W, Pizza Hut or Taco Bell (or any other brands that are licensed by YRI or its affiliates, or any combination thereof) restaurants in the geographical area of the Caribbean Basin and Latin America (the "Territory").

•  Institutional Members. Institutional Membership in the Association is open to any person involved in the restaurant business franchised by YRI in the Territory other than as a franchisee whose application for membership is accepted by the Board of Directors.
